We give you 5 year warranty and will conform us to the general delivery of the NOA construction guarantee for consumers and businesses.

The general agreement is made in cooperation wit the Dutch Consumers' Association and Association for Private House. (Consumentenbond en Vereniging eigen huis)

The NOA conctruction guarantee provides clarity and is organized. Should something go wrong and you are not satisfied with the solution or failure than complaints can be obtained by the independent Disputes. The NOA will in principle, guarantee a good handling. Disputes will be handled According to Dutch justice and laws.

The guarantee will be valid from the payment of the invoice / direct debit. The guarantee applies only to "normal" use in accordance with our maintenance. The guarantee is not valid if damage was caused by an accident, improper use, wrong maintenance, thermal shocks, osmosis or construction failures in relation with the lower-floor unless otherwise is agreed in writing.
